REQUIREMENTS


┬ 


Must have basic computer skills and a minimum of 1 year clerical office experience. Must be willing to travel to Cross City and Trenton and have reliable personal transportation. Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Prefer experience in HMS, a minimum of 1 year experience working with a County Health Department and Medical and Dental front desk experience.┬

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


┬ 


Front desk position headquartered at Levy County Health Department┬ involving a variety of clerical duties within the clinical area of the Levy County Health Departments. Includes┬ but not limited to: serving clients in support of Medical, Dental, Family Planning, Vital Statistics and Environmental Health programs, answering multi-line phone system, mark and bill services, collecting and posting payments, and support for Medical Records.

Will also provide backup coverage for Gilchrist and Dixie County Health Departments.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
